In 1910, Inés Rosales started to make olive oil tortas (tortas de aceite) by hand and sold them at the train station in Sevilla. Since then, this Andalusian specialty has become well-known throughout Spain. Inés Rosales Seville orange tortas are still made by hand with the same recipe. These crisps are lightly flavored with the iconic bittersweetness of southern Spain’s famous Sevilla orange and are absolute perfection with sheep milk cheeses.
