In the unlikely event of an error at check-out, or the purchase of a sub-par product, Second Mouse Cheese Shop offers the following Return/Exchange/Cancellation Policy:  

We kindly ask that all our customers double-check their purchases and REQUEST A RECEIPT. Alternatively, Customers are encouraged to request that their purchases be recorded in our point-of-sale CUSTOMER PROFILE function.

WE WILL NOT HONOR EXCHANGES WITHOUT PROOF OF PURCHASE.

We DO NOT ACCEPT FOOD ITEMS FOR RETURN. If the product is faulty, we will gladly offer an EXCHANGE.

REQUESTS REGARDING PERISHABLE ITEMS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 72 HOURS OF PURCHASE.

UNUSED, NON-PERISHABLE ITEMS may be exchanged for another item of equal or lesser value, and/or for store credit.

CLASS OR EVENT CANCELLATIONS for individuals are met with 100% reimbursement or store credit up until 48hours prior to the event. Within 48hours, we will honor cancellations at 50% credit. Cancellations within 6 hours and No-Shows are considered 100% forfeiture of fees associated with your reservation.
