Wines from the Piedmont region of Italy are well recognized for their stringent rules, dedication to tradition and technique, and minimal blending. Come sample wines such as Pietro Rinaldi Langhe Arneis Vigne di Hortensia, Giovanni Rosso Langhe Nebbiolo, Il Chiosso Gattinara, Ca’ Viola Caviot Barolo DOCG and Cascina Bruciata Barbaresco and make the adventure so very well rounded with cheeses expertly curated to match each wine beautifully. The original social meal - gather round the table for a plate of crispy potatoes, cured meats, cornichons and other pickled veg and loads and loads of hot Raclette cheese, melted before your eyes.
