Our Christmas Boards combine the comforting traditions of the Old World with the exciting innovativeness of the New World. On Mini and Small Platters, we offer up a lush American Camembert or Triple Creme; an aromatic Spanish aged goat milk cheese; and an Italian Pecorino that wows everyone, every time. We also add a local sweet/savory spread, our own private-label Appalachian honey (for Small and Large Platters), dried Pears and Apricots, Oregon hazelnuts, and organic crackers to round it all out. Large Platters embrace all the above, but add English Stilton or French Comte. Platters that include Charcuterie will include both domestic and imported cured meats. Those who’re looking to avoid beef or pork will have turkey and/or lamb salamis, and an option to include chicken or duck pate. We’re proud of this well-curated selection and are confident your guests will be thrilled with the presentation.
