PLEASE NOTE - CHARCUTERIE PLATTERS ARE BEST SERVED ON THE DAY THEY’RE ASSEMBLED. OVERNIGHT REFRIGERATION CAN DRY OUT THIN SLICES AND JEOPARDIZE FRESHNESS. Please let us know if you intend to serve your platter the day after you pick it up. It will impact the meats we choose to include.

• Mini Charcuterie Boards serve 6 people well as an appetizer. They are arranged with three cured meats (approximately 1lb total), fresh fruit, olives, a condiment, and nuts as well as bread or crackers on an 11” round custom dark wood tray. Add one cheese for an additional $15.

• Small Charcuterie Boards serve 10 people well as an appetizer. They are arranged with three or four cured meats (approximately 1.5lbs total), fresh fruit, olives, a condiment, and nuts as well as bread or crackers on a 12” square custom dark wood tray. Add one cheese for an additional $25.

• Large Charcuterie Platters serve 20 people well as an appetizer. They are arranged with five or six cured meats (approximately 3lbs total), fresh fruit, olives, a condiment, and nuts as well as bread and/or crackers on a custom 16” dark wood tray. Add two or three cheeses for an additional $65.
