Its history is deep - tracing back to Mesopotamia perhaps, then meandering its way through Europe until making its presence undeniable in Ireland and Scotland, where grapes are not rampant. Join us as we pair five Whiskies - from Scotland, Central Europe, Israel, Japan, and, yes, the United States - with five expertly curated cheeses. Peaty, Smokey, Sea Salty, even Plummy - we’re gonna taste it all. Then we’ll compare, contrast, muse and ponder why these two fermented products are so magnificent.
